Alex "Stormy" Mundy and DGM present the unearthed treats from the murky, cavernous archives in the Stormy Monday series, some of which have been newly created from the archive of multi-track reels of tape that we just happen to have lying around the place. For 7 years, these have been available only as MP3s, and more recently FLAC, files, and are now available, for the first time on CD for the "landlubbers" among us.
Packaged in a jewel case with 16-page, full-color booklet.

Here’s a revealing glimpse into the rehearsals just
ahead of KC hitting the road in Nashville at the
12th and Porter. Recorded at SIR studios in
Nashville, Pat and Robert take a couple of ideas
out for a walk to see where they end up.
Virtuous Circle / TBTB II are moving around the
DNA of this music for sure. As Pat keeps time
(the bass riff is generated by the V-drums), and
tries different tabla grooves, Fripp’s soloing is
frequently astonishing during this seven minute
snippet. The soundscape which emerges beneath
the players is worth the price of admission alone!
Personnel:
Robert Fripp - guitar, sounscape
Pat Mastelotto - V-drums
