Nice reissue!
From Marc Bonadies of Chicago, Illinois on .
This new vinyl reissue is great! Nice reproduction of the original sleeve with (IMO) improved sound. The LP was taken from the current Heyworth/Fripp stereo remaster of the original mix and then tweaked for the LP format. Comes with a download code for a 320K mp3 rip of an original 1969 pressing of the album. Crafty listeners can then don their headphones and scrutinize the differences in the versions...

Time Appreciate What You Avoid
From Rob of Quincy, Massachusetts on .
Thats all I have to say is it took forty one years for this album to become a steady turntable favorite. I became a huge Crimson fan right after the red, blue and yellow albums {Discipline, Beat and Perfect Pair} were released thanks to my cousin Mark in NY. But when he pulled out ITCOTCK {which was often} I hated it. Years have passed since then and when I hear the songs 'Epitaph' and 'Talk To The Wind' I appreciate now just what my cousin was trying to get me to appreciate way back then. This new 200 gram vinyl copy came in the mail two days ago and it sounds fantastic. Robert Fripp approved the new mastered tape version. That in turn convinced me that it was not going to sound anything short of amazing. Call me crazy but this album has stood the test of time. Special thanks to my cousin Mark from Queens NY, Manny and all the other South Ozone Park Crimson fans for opening my eyes to one of the greatest albums of all time.
